Review by hotel critic
The staff was incredibly friendly, offering assistance with a smile, which added a personal touch to our trip. Our spacious room was not only clean but equipped with a laptop-friendly workspace — essential for me as someone who often juggles digital art projects while traveling. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, making travel convenient for those of us exploring the area or heading to meetings. Although the breakfast situation was a bit unclear — it felt like a missed opportunity for clarity — the hotel's full-service restaurant did provide some comfort for dining in, which is perfect after a long day of exploring St Louis. With clean common areas and well-maintained parking, the overall experience was inviting. I suggest checking breakfast details ahead of time to avoid any confusion. Still, I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy comfort and convenience near the city.
